Due to overnight refreezing of roads and dangerous wind chills, Hutsonville CUSD 1 will operate on a 2-hour delay on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
Key Details for a 2 hour delay
• Buses will run two hours later than their regular schedule.
• Student drop-off will begin at 9:50 AM.
• Classes will start at 10:00 AM.
• No school breakfast will be served on delayed start days.
In the case where conditions require school to be canceled for the entire day, we will announce the closure no later than 8:30 AM on a delayed start day.
Due to ice/snow on secondary roads there will be no school Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.
Due to poor road conditions, there will be NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, January 7th.
